Third Trimester Prenatal Yoga

Yoga helps relieve stress and anxiety in the third trimester, and it helps in childbirth by strengthening pelvic core muscles. Abdominal stretch, ankle rotation, half-butterfly pose, lying on one side, and child pose are suitable yoga poses for the third trimester.
