Bali Mama Prenatal Yoga session is your sanctuary of prenatal yoga. Mama can access at their convenience. The term "on-demand" indicates that mama have the flexibility to practice yoga whenever they prefer, allowing them to fit sessions into their own schedules. Bali Mama is a pre-recorded sessions carefully crafted for mamas to follow at their own pace, in the comfort of their sacred space. Dive into trimester-specific practices, empowering you to choose what suits each stage of this beautiful journey.

One-on-one guidance through pregnancy

A personalised 1:1 session for pregnant mothers who would like individual support alongside their practice. Sessions may include movement guidance, pranayama/breathing practice, emotional support, and space for your question

For First-Time Mothers

A gentle and reassuring space for women experiencing pregnancy for the first time. More than a yoga practice, it is a one-on-one mentoring experience designed to help you understand and trust the changes happening in your body and emotions.
 

Together, we may explore gentle movement, breath awareness, rest, and simple guidance to support common questions and uncertainties. This mentoring supports you in feeling safe, informed, and confident as you begin this new chapter.

For Experienced Mamas

A supportive and nurturing space for women who have experienced pregnancy before. Each pregnancy is different, and sessions are shaped around what you need now—movement, rest, emotional support, or guidance through physical or energetic changes.
 

This mentoring supports ease, awareness, and self-trust, offering space to be replenished and gently guided.

This mentoring is designed for yoga teachers and YTT students who wants to confidently support pregnant students in class. It provides practical guidance, safety considerations, and real-life teaching support for mixed-level classes and prenatal class.
 

Together, we explore safe modifications, reading the pregnant body with awareness, and holding space with clarity and integrity.
