Hi! I'm Wine, the founder of Bali Mama. I am a mother of two and a yoga teacher myself. Through Bali Mama, I would like to share a series of Prenatal Yoga movements which benefitted me when I was pregnant.
As Mama’s body is changing and adapting to the Baby growing inside her, Prenatal Yoga is a powerful tool that can benefit both Mama and Baby. This series of video courses includes meditation, breathing exercise, gentle movement and flow, and Yin Yoga for pregnancy.
The videos offered here are all beginner friendly and designed for a self-paced practice, so Mama can schedule her own time.
