Hi! I'm Wine and I'm the founder of Bali Mama.

I am a mother of two and a yoga teacher myself.

Through Bali Mama, I would like to share a series of yoga practice that has benefitting me when I was pregnant, Prenatal yoga.

Through prenatal yoga, mama becomes much aware of her body as she's adapting with the growing baby inside her. Meditation, breathing exercise, movement and flow, through yin for pregnancy are being offered in the video courses.

It's a self-paced practice, Mama can schedule her own time and choose based on day to day activity. Beginners friendly so mama can also practice with her loved ones.
