Private sessions may also be completely restorative and gentle, depending on your energy level on a particular day. The idea is that your private yoga sessions are fluid to fit your condition.
Poses are designed to strengthen the body as well as focusing on poses that help alleviate common discomforts such as lower back pain, headaches, shortness of breath, swelling in ankles, and fatigue.
Modifications for pregnancy and post birth will be given, such as the use of blocks, straps, and blankets to allow you to fully enjoy poses while making them accessible.
